The QRL Team Members

In creating the Joint Ventures for each project, QRL has determined the key areas of expertise and skills necessary to succeed in this venture. A Team of carefully selected, proven, qualified individuals and firms, has been gathered for the success of this venture to provide 'Quality Retirement Living'.

Specifically, members of the Team include:

Paul Perantinos - Chief Executive Officer of the Hellenic Home for the Aged Inc. His past experience includes serving as the Corporate Secretary & Officer of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. He has also served as the Community Relations Assistant to the Mayor of the City of Toronto Corporation.

David Mathews – The Crestline Group. Real Estate developer in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Over 25 years experience in the acquisition, design, build and operations of a variety of real estate, ranging from $ 1 million to over $ 100 million dollars in value.

Karen Yatabe, RN, MEd – Quality Care Consulting Inc. – Seniors Assisted Living Operator. A registered Nurse by profession Karen has over 20 years of direct experience in working within the health care and seniors business industries. She has previously built, staffed, opened and run numerous Seniors Long Term care facilities.

John Stephenson – Partner of Kuch Stephenson Gibson Malo Architects & Engineer. This architect brings to the group more than 20 years of experience in the design, planning and implementation of successful buildings throughout all facets of the industry, including significant experience with Health Care facilities, Long term care and Residential buildings.
